BMI (Broadcast Music, Inc.) will present the “BMI Showcase” during the 22nd annual Latin Alternative Music Conference (LAMC) on Wednesday, May 5. The free virtual showcase will begin at 5:30PM ET and highlight performances by an eclectic group of songwriters including Alex Rose, Gustavo Laureano, Niña Dioz, Pehuenche and Vanessa Zamora. This year’s action-packed conference held May 4th-7th, will feature a variety of panels, Q&A’s, workshops and showcases. From the islands of Puerto Rico to Mexico, this year’s group of performers will captivate listeners with their unique and rhythmic sounds that vary from hip-hop, trap and reggaetón to pop, alternative rock and indie. The BMI Showcase will feature Puerto Rican Latin trap and R&B sensation Alex Rose, genre-bending Puerto Rican singer/songwriter Gustavo Laureano, Mexican hip-hop MC Niña Dioz, Mexican pop rock singer/songwriter Pehuenche and Mexican pop songstress Vanessa Zamora.
